Refund Policy | Outstanding MeMe

Outstanding MeMe offers one-time credit packs and monthly plans that pay for rendering Outstanding meme clips. This policy explains the situations in which we can give your money back if a purchase did not meet your expectations.

Refund Eligibility

A refund can be approved if both conditions below are met:

• Your request arrives within 7 days of your first purchase or of the first charge on your subscription.
• The paid features on the account have not been used in any meaningful way.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@outstandingmeme.video from whichever address suits you and include:

• The email address on your account
• Your order or receipt number, if available
• If you like, a short note on the reason for the request

Processing Time

Approved refunds go back to the card or payment account that was charged. Banks and card issuers usually post the amount within 5-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Cases

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, refunds are not available for:

• Accounts with substantial paid usage, such as most of the credits already used or a large number of clips already rendered
• Subscription renewals raised after the 7-day window has closed
• One-time credit packs, unless a refund is legally mandatory
• Accounts found breaching the Terms of Service or misusing refunds

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription whenever you like, which stops the next renewal. Cancelling blocks future charges; on its own it does not return payments already made.

Chargebacks

Please reach out to support before filing a dispute with your bank, so that we can try to resolve the issue directly. While a chargeback is under review, we may limit access to the account.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy reduces a consumer right that the law grants you and that cannot be waived.
