How Credits Work

Credits are taken when a render begins and returned if it does not complete.

Charged once per render

Credits are only used when you start a render. Watching or downloading saved clips is free.

Failures refund themselves

If a render errors out or a safety check blocks it, the credits return to your balance automatically; no support ticket needed.

Yearly credits arrive at once

A yearly plan deposits all twelve months of credits immediately, usable until the plan year is over.

Plan credits vs pack credits

Plan credits belong to their 30-day cycle, while pack credits stay valid indefinitely.

We never store card numbers

A third-party payment processor runs the card form, so your card details go to them and not to us.

Cancel from Billing

Turn off renewal whenever you like in Settings > Billing. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

Questions about pricing

How credits, refunds, renewals and clip rights work, before you check out.

No. New accounts have zero credits and we do not render free previews, since every clip runs on paid video models. The exact price is shown before you are charged anything.

Buy the Single pack: 10 credits for $9.99, which renders one 480p clip without a subscription. The $19.99 Trio pack has 30 credits, good for three 480p clips or one 720p clip, and Basic gives you 70 credits each month for $29.90 if you plan to post often.

Pack credits never expire. Credits from a monthly plan are good for that 30-day cycle, and yearly plan credits last until the plan year ends.

When your plan includes a commercial-use license, you can use clips you generated in paid projects. You still need rights to every portrait you uploaded, and the clip must not imply endorsement by NPR, Tiny Desk Concerts, Charlie Wilson, The Gap Band or anyone else.
